The 1 hour time is the minimal time of the sales update. The time of sales is counted at the loan minute, therefore if you don't come to LAGOON B during 15 H, you will encounter 15 H of sales. It is impossible to reduce this minimal duration of 1 hour, because that would cause the server overload.
